HCA offers a systematic approach to addictions through the outpatient level of care modality, which include group, individual, and family sessions. We incorporate a belief in the theory of change with special emphasis on relapse prevention in the maintenance stage. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, 12 step Therapy, Rogerian Approach are all included in our client centered approach and we have found this to be most effective with clients we've worked with to date.
Patricia Healy founded Healy Counseling with her partner Gail Halbfoster. Healy Counseling has been a part of the Toms River community for over 40 years.
